Quality means responsibility and dependence. As continuous leitmotif it draws up cultivation and processing of the products up to the relationship between customers, workers and furnisher. Our partners are the South Tyrolean Farmers, companies which work fruit, wine cellars, wine-growers and distilleries. Quality management and quality assurances take place together with the TIS innovation park, the South-Tyrolean Farmer Federation and the Research Centre for Agriculture and Forestry.

Simply better For us, good still isn't good enough: quality means a complete, undivided cycle: it has to extend from the fertile cultivation plots, the work of the farmers and cellar men to the good relationship between those involved: because real perfection is achieved only if everyone pulls together.

This method works extremely well because we receive the products directly from the producers, saving a margin of profit which would have gone to middlemen.

In this way the precious vitamins and minerals which make our seasonal and local products so tasty and healthy are maintained.
