Following a vast and intensive selection, over 1,400 different high-quality products were chosen especially for Pur Südtirol, products, the development of which the organisation was to an extent involved in. It is of the utmost importance to Pur Südtirol that through a specific selection of products a contribution to the balance of Nature and the local environment is ensured and the quality of life in South-Tyrol is respected and maintained.
When choosing the products strict quality criteria was also observed, as well as each product being tasted and chosen on merit.
