Their liking for good and healthy regional food, love for nature and enthusiasm for excellent products brought them together: sommelier Gunther Holzl, chief at “Meraner Weinhaus” since 1992 and Ulrich Wallnofer, marketing and sales expert, who always had a contribution to give to the food domain.
It was so that they decided to undertake the job earnestly and established the business. Starting point was the idea to make regional products accessible to everyone within a fair price range and to become a mouthpiece for the ambitious local farmers: that's how PUR SÜDTIROL – MARKET OF DELIGHTS was born.
