Im Herzen von St. Magdalena liegt der historische Ansitz Waldgries der Familie Plattner, der bereits im Jahre 1242 erstmals urkundlich erwähnt wurde und damit zu einem der ältesten Weinhöfe des Anbaugebiets gehört. Gut durchlüftete, leicht erwärmbare Moränenschuttböden aus Porphyr - und Dolomitgestein schaffen hier das Fundament für erstklassige Weine.

Die Rottensteiner gehören zu den ältesten Weinbaufamilien im Land. Ihre Winzergeschichte begann vor vielen Generationen dort, wo der Wein auf "rotem Stein" gedeiht, auf den für die Gegend typischen Porphyrböden. Heute führen Toni und Rosa Rottensteiner gemeinsam mit ihren Kindern die Geschicke. So ehrlich, so gradlinig wie sie selbst, sind auch ihre Weine. Ihnen zu begegnen ist ein Erlebnis.
Das Konzept der Rottensteiner-Weine ist mit einem Wort umschrieben: Trinkfreude. Die Weine werden so komponiert, dass der Genießer auch nach dem zweiten Glas noch Lust auf ein drittes hat. Und dann ist die absolute Sortenreinheit ein selbstverständliches Muss. Hier geht es darum, Weine zu kreieren, die den eindeutigen Charakter ihrer Herkunft und der Rebsorte in sich tragen.
Die Rottensteiner sind überzeugt davon, dass die harmonische Stimmung, die in Weinberg und Keller herrscht, letztlich auch im Wein steckt. Das Verhältnis zu Bauern, Kellerarbeitern und Lieferanten ist ein freundschaftliches. Gut 100 Leute arbeiten das ganze Jahr sehr aufmerksam daran, die Qualität der Traube so unverfälscht wie möglich in die Flasche zu bringen. Denn: Gut Wein braucht Weile.

Die Rottensteiner gehören zu den ältesten Weinbaufamilien im Land. Ihre Winzergeschichte begann vor vielen Generationen dort, wo der Wein auf "rotem Stein" gedeiht, auf den für die Gegend typischen Porphyrböden. Heute führen Toni und Rosa Rottensteiner gemeinsam mit ihren Kindern die Geschicke. So ehrlich, so gradlinig wie sie selbst, sind auch ihre Weine. Ihnen zu begegnen ist ein Erlebnis.
Das Konzept der Rottensteiner-Weine ist mit einem Wort umschrieben: Trinkfreude. Die Weine werden so komponiert, dass der Genießer auch nach dem zweiten Glas noch Lust auf ein drittes hat. Und dann ist die absolute Sortenreinheit ein selbstverständliches Muss. Hier geht es darum, Weine zu kreieren, die den eindeutigen Charakter ihrer Herkunft und der Rebsorte in sich tragen.
Die Rottensteiner sind überzeugt davon, dass die harmonische Stimmung, die in Weinberg und Keller herrscht, letztlich auch im Wein steckt. Das Verhältnis zu Bauern, Kellerarbeitern und Lieferanten ist ein freundschaftliches. Gut 100 Leute arbeiten das ganze Jahr sehr aufmerksam daran, die Qualität der Traube so unverfälscht wie möglich in die Flasche zu bringen. Denn: Gut Wein braucht Weile.

Die Klosterkellerei Muri Gries mit Sitz im Bozner Stadtteil Gries wurde bereits um 1900 von den Benediktinermönchen gegründet. Von Anfang an setze sich in d der Produktion und in der Bewirtschaftung der Weingärten das Qualitätsdenken durch, Somit konnten die besten Weinlagen vollausgeschöpft werden. Durch Beständigkeit und auch durch Weiterentwicklungen in der Produktion gelang es der Klosterkellerei Muri ihre Weine neben den besten Südtirols zu positionieren. Den Fokus richteten die Ordensbrüder immer auf die autochthone Rebsorte Lagreinwelche heute als Lagrein Muri Gries und als Lagrein Abtei Riserva zu finden sind.

Das Weingut Franz Haas arbeitet seit seinen Anfängen mit viel Einsatz daran, die Qualität seiner Trauben bestmöglich zum Ausdruck zu bringen. Im Jahr 1880 wurde das Fundament des heutigen Betriebs gelegt, der seit sieben Generationen jeweils in die Hände des Erstgeborenen Franz Haas übergeben wurde.
Franz Haas verarbeitet heute Trauben von 55 Hektar Weinbergen, größtenteils im Eigenbesitz, teils gepachtet und teils von Weinbauern geliefert.
Der Blauburgunder ist die große Herausforderung eines jeden Winzers. Für diesen Wein schlägt das Herz von Franz Haas ganz besonders. Es ist seine große Leidenschaft und daher ist es auch nicht verwunderlich, dass die Selektion des “Pinot Nero”, genannt “Schweizer”, nur in den besten Jahren erscheint.

Der Brunnenhof liegt oberhalb dem Hauptort Neumarkt auf Mazzon. Johanna und Kurt Rottensteiner stammen beide aus Bozen, sind beide auf einem Weinhof geboren und leben und arbeiten seit mehr als 20 Jahren in Neumarkt, vielleicht haben sie dabei auch die Gelassenheit der Unterlandler übernommen. Man versucht einen schonenden Weinbau mit mäßigem Wachstum der Reben, keinen Einsatz von Herbiziden, Botrytismittel (gegen Grauschimmel) oder Insektiziden. Im Keller wird der Rote im großen Holzfass spontan vergoren, kommt dann für mindestens ein Jahr ins kleinere Holzfass und wird nur als Riserva, min. 2 Jahre nach der Lese verkauft. Der Weiße vergärt auch spontan und zum Teil im kleinen Eichenfass und wird meist erst zu Weihnachten des darauf folgenden Jahres verkauft.

Mit der Gründung des Versuchszentrums Laimburg im Jahr 1975 durch das Land Südtirol ist auch das Landesweingut Laimburg aufgebaut worden. Von der gleichnamigen Gutsverwaltung geführt, ist dieser landeseigene Weinbetrieb mit der vorrangigen Aufgabe der weinbaulichen und kellerwirtschaftlichen Versuchstätigkeit für die Südtiroler Weinwirtschaft betraut. Ein Teil des Landesweinguts dient daher dem Versuchsbereich "Kellerwirtschaft" zur Forschung bzw. dem "Weinbau" für Pilotprojekte: Es werden nur Trauben aus den eigenen Weingärten verarbeitet, als Weine veredelt und nach marktwirtschaftlichen Kriterien vermarktet. Heute gilt das Landesweingut Laimburg als internationaler Musterbetrieb für die erfolgreiche Verschmelzung von Forschung und Praxis. Um auch besondere Qualitätsweine erzeugen und vermarkten zu können, werden sowohl an den Weinanbau als auch an den Weinausbau hohe Anforderungen gestellt. 2 500 hl Wein werden jährlich gekeltert, wobei die Trauben aus den eigenen, landesweit angelegten Weinbergen verschiedener Kleinklimalagen stammen. Neben vielen „Rebsorten im Versuch“ umfasst das Weinsortiment des Landesweinguts heute fünfzehn typische Südtiroler Rebsorten. Die unterschiedlichen Höhenlagen und Böden bewirken dabei ein sehr komplexes, das heißt differenziertes Duft- und Geschmacksbild in den Weinen des Landesweinguts. Die stilistische Aufteilung der Laimburg-Weine in „Gutsweine“ und in Weine der „Burg-Selektion“ belegen den Grundsatz des Landesweinguts, sich beim Rebbau in den Charakter der Rebe hineinzufühlen und diese bei der Weinbereitung zur Entfaltung ihrer besten Eigenschaften zu bringen.

Einzig in der Veränderung liegt Beständigkeit. So lässt man sich in Andrian nicht einfach im Strom der Zeit treiben, sondern vermag es, ihren Wandel zu erkennen und sich mit ihr zu entwickeln. 1893 wagten die Andrianer Weinbauern den zukunftsweisenden Schritt und bündelten ihre Kräfte zur ersten Genossenschaftskellerei Südtirols. Mit Fleiß und Gespür arbeiteten sie konstant an einer Qualität, die in der Zeit bestehen kann - ein Bestreben, das seit 2008 unter der schützenden Hand der Kellerei Terlan weitergeführt wird.

Erhaben und würdevoll thront die Kellerei St. Michael-Eppan seit über 100 Jahren inmitten der  wichtigsten Weinbaugemeinde Südtirols. Seit über 2000 Jahren werden hier Weine angebaut. Das Gebiet rund um Eppan ist bekannt für seine idealen Voraussetzungen für den Weinbau. Ein großer Teil dieser Trauben werden in der Kellerei St. Michael-Eppan veredelt.
Die 340 Winzerfamilien bilden das Rückgrat der Kellerei, die 1907 gegründet wurde. Ihre große Passion gilt dem Weinbau, mit dem sie seit Generationen verbunden sind.

Im Gaumen ist der Rosenmuskateller dicht und harmonisch, er balanciert seine Süße gut durch frische Säure. Seine Aromen erinnern an einen orientalischen Basar: Rosenblätter, Gewürznelken, Zimt und Muskat. Prächtig ist seine komplexe Struktur und das satte Rubinrot.

Im Herzen von St. Magdalena liegt der historische Ansitz Waldgries der Familie Plattner, der bereits im Jahre 1242 erstmals urkundlich erwähnt wurde und damit zu einem der ältesten Weinhöfe des Anbaugebiets gehört. Gut durchlüftete, leicht erwärmbare Moränenschuttböden aus Porphyr - und Dolomitgestein schaffen hier das Fundament für erstklassige Weine.
