Der Jungbauer vom Kleinstahlhof im Ahrntal, Helmut Großgasteiger, war gelernter Tischler bis er mit 26 Jahren seine Leidenschaft für die Ziegenhaltung entdeckt hat.
Voller Ehrgeiz hat er 2006 den elterlichen Kuhstall in einen Laufstall für Ziegen umgebaut.
Die Käserei wurde eingerichtet und zeitgleich auf biologische Landwirtschaft umgestellt.
Der Moserhof liegt in Steinhaus auf der Sonnenseite des Ahrntals auf 1070 m Meereshöhe und ist seit dem Jahr 2003 ein Bioland-Betrieb. Lissi Trenker und Michael Oberhollenzer, der zudem einer der Gründer von Ahnrtal Natur ist, verarbeiten die Milch ihrer Schafe zu naturbelassenem Joghurt, Frischkäse und verschiedenen gereiften Käsesorten. Marion und Daniel vom Partnerbetrieb „Maurmair“ liefern frische Ziegenmilch, aus der in Kombination mit der Schafsmilch der „SchaZie“ entsteht. Aus der Bioland-Kuhmilch aus dem Ahrntal werden schmackhafte Butter und der legendäre Ahrntaler Graukäse hergestellt.

Der Jungbauer vom Kleinstahlhof im Ahrntal, Helmut Großgasteiger, war gelernter Tischler bis er mit 26 Jahren seine Leidenschaft für die Ziegenhaltung entdeckt hat.
Voller Ehrgeiz hat er 2006 den elterlichen Kuhstall in einen Laufstall für Ziegen umgebaut.
Die Käserei wurde eingerichtet und zeitgleich auf biologische Landwirtschaft umgestellt.
