Bio Fair Südtirol ist ein ambitioniertes Gastronomiekonzept von Bioland Südtirol, das sich zum Ziel gesetzt hat, mehr regional erzeugte und biologisch hergestellte Lebensmittel auf die Teller lokaler Gastbetriebe zu bringen. Sind 60–90 % der Zutaten für Speisen und Getränke biologisch, erhält ein Betrieb das Silber-Abzeichen – und genau das haben die Bistros der Pur Südtirol Genussmärkte in Lana, Brixen und Bruneck erreicht!

Bei Pur Südtirol steht Regionalität seit jeher im Fokus. Zudem werden biologische Produkte bevorzugt ins Sortiment aufgenommen und in den Bistros zu leckeren Snacks, Gerichten und Getränken verarbeitet. Bio Fair Südtirol è un'ambiziosa iniziativa culinaria di Bioland Alto Adige che mira a portare nei ristoranti dell'Alto Adige un maggior numero di alimenti di provenienza locale e di produzione biologica. Il sigillo d'argento è conferito ai locali che vantano il 60-90% di ingredienti biologici certificati nei loro cibi e bevande. Ed è proprio questo il record raggiunto dai bistrot dei Mercati dei Sapori Pur Südtirol di Lana, Bressanone e Brunico!

La regionalità è sempre stata una priorità assoluta per Pur Südtirol. The silver seal is reserved for establishments with 60–90% certified organic ingredients in their food and drinks – exactly what the bistros at Pur Südtirol’s gourmet markets in Lana, Brixen and Bruneck have achieved!
